| 3. In Windows 3.1, when I go to a page with a simulation, it doesn't come up. Why not? |
In order to interact with the Simulation sections of "Internet Calculus 2.0", you must be running a browser with full Java 1.0.2 support.
If your current browser is Netscape Navigator 3.x, you may not have this functionality.
Though the rest of the product's operations should remain unaffected, you must upgrade to a 4.x browser for Java support.

| 4. Using Netscape Navigator 4.x on the Macintosh, sometimes no scroll bars appear on a page that requires them. |
There is a known problem in Netscape Navigator 4 which fails to draw scroll bars in certain circumstances.
Netscape has fixed this problem in version 4.04.1 available 02/10/1998.
You must download this latest version from Netscape's site.

| 5. Why does the syllabus window reload when I click the Syllabus button again in Internet Explorer 4.0 on the Macintosh? |
Because of the way Internet Explorer 4.0 handles windows, pressing the "Syllabus" button when the syllabus window is already open will reload the window instead of simply bringing it to the front.
To avoid this problem, click on the Syllabus window to bring it to the front when you wish to go to the next item in the syllabus.

|
| 6. Why do the arrow buttons in the navigation bar sometimes not function properly on the Macintosh? |

|
| 7. Why doesn't anything happen when I click the icon to start Internet Calculus in Windows 3.1 or Windows 95? |
